You won't go wrong with the cheesecake, either - I have it on good authority that it is "yummy". "Dibs Tea is more of a refined tea room and bakery than a traditional restaurant, and that’s exactly what makes it special. The selection of pastries and cakes is truly exceptional – beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Their tea menu is equally impressive, with thoughtful pairings and high-quality blends. Although the food menu is limited, every item is executed with care and creativity. During my visit, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Philippe, whose personal touch and dedication to making each guest feel welcome truly left a lasting impression. He kindly accommodated me with a linguine pesto dish that wasn’t even on the menu – and it was prepared to perfection. The prices are very reasonable, but what truly sets Dibs Tea apart is the quality and warmth of the experience. Philippe’s attention to detail and hospitality elevate the entire visit."

"Dip’s Tea’s Sunday brunch was the best meal I had in Toulouse! The standout elements of the meal were that there were no standouts….every element brought to the table was excellent. The SCONES were moist with a crisp slightly sweet outer crust, the bread had fantastic flavor and crumb. The spinach, egg, mascarpone and chèvre tarte was so light, each mouthful was like a cloud. I also highly recommend the millionaire shortbread I had for the dessert. The brunch as a whole was delightful and served such variety without being too much to eat. And lovely service as well, it is very clear this restaurant is staffed and run with so much love and passion for food."
